Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to support day-to-day design output across digital and print channels. This fixed-term role will focus on the execution of high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines, supporting marketing, events, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is a confident mid-level designer with strong production skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver creative assets across digital (approx. 70%) and print (approx. 30%) channels.
- Produce digital materials including social media assets, event page banners, invitations, and campaign visuals.
- Design print collateral such as brochures, event materials, and large-format assets (e.g. event stands).
- Prepare artwork for print, ensuring technical accuracy (bleeds, colour modes, file set-up).
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
- Manage multiple design tasks concurrently, meeting deadlines and production requirements.
- Operate within established workflows and tracking systems (e.g. Wrike or similar).
- Use SharePoint and Microsoft tools to manage files, feedback, and collaboration.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders as required to deliver approved work.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a graphic design role with a strong portfolio covering digital and print.
- Experience with Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong PowerPoint design skills.
- Working knowledge of print production principles (RGB vs CMYK, vector vs raster, bleeds).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Confidence working across multiple briefs at pace.
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Canva.
- Experience working with ticketing or project management tools (e.g. Wrike).
- Experience working in remote or hybrid teams.
