About the role
We are recruiting for a Processing Administrator to support colleagues from across the Adecco Group!
Location: Hybrid (Birmingham)
Role Type: Fixed term contract (9 months)
What you’ll be doing
The person in this role will be responsible for processing timesheets and adjustments for the Professional and General Staffing brands within the Adecco Group. The individual will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and achieving KPIs and deadlines. They will engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes where necessary.
Your responsibilities:
- Attend daily huddles to discuss workload and priorities with peers and management
- Process timesheets manually into AS400 and Connect systems from VMS systems
- Upload timesheet files to AS400 and Connect to process pay to workers and invoices to clients
- Complete perm, temp and contractor adjustments in relevant systems
- Check exceptions reports thoroughly and give feedback to the front office network on items they need to resolve. Have ownership of this and chase relevant stakeholders until all issues are resolved
- Monitor the Power BI Dashboard/Unbilled report to resolve any missing images which are delaying invoices from being submitted for payment
- Resolve queries from a range of internal and external customers using shared mailboxes and our Salesforce mail system
- Resolve queries on disputed invoices to reissue invoices for payment
- Attend calls with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
