Pension Complaint / Claims Specialist – Remote (UK based) £330/day + bonus
Pension Claims / Complaints Specialist | Pension Industry | Remote | £330/day plus retention bonus INSIDE IR35 | 6 month initial contract
Our client is looking for a Pensions Complaints Advisor (Level 4 qualified in financial planning) to work on a number of complex Pension Complaints. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and resolving consumer complaints against various ranges of Pension products including Defined Benefits, Money Purchase Schemes, and SIPP’s – reviewing point of sale documentation to ensure that the product was suitable to the client at the time and liaising with various third parties including pension providers financial advisors.
Your background will be in Pensions Complaints and Claims.
Your Key Skills & Experience:
- Pension Complaints
- Reviewing and resolving consumer complaints
- Level 4 qualified in financial planning
- Reviewing pensions documentation
- Liaising with 3rd parties
- Great written and verbal communication skills
This role is remote (you\’d have to be UK based)
6 month initial contract length
£330/day Inside IR35 (so you’d be working through an Umbrella Company) and you’d be paid a bonus in addition to your day rate.
