Our market-leading aerospace manufacturing client is seeking a motivated, detail-focused Junior PMO to join their team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a foundation in project management and wants to grow into a broader PMO role. The ideal candidate will be practical, eager to learn, confident with objection handling and comfortable working closely with experienced colleagues who will help develop their technical and professional capability over time.

Role purpose

Supporting project managers, programme managers, and the wider PMO team by ensuring projects are tracked, governed, and reported consistently. This role is suited to someone with some project management experience who is keen to develop further in this arena.

Key responsibilities

  • Project Administration; Maintaining project documentation and updating project plans and schedules.
  • Reporting & Data Management; Producing project status reports, updating dashboards/trackers and monitoring project milestones and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication; Communicating updates to project teams, building relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Planning & Organisation; Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively and maintaining RAID logs.

Skills & experience

  • Some experience in a project management environment.
  • Understanding of project methodologies.
  • Great attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work with data and reports.
  • Good stakeholder management.

You will be a valued member of our Adecco Emerging Talent function working onsite with a market-leading organisation, initially, the assignment is 12 months with scope for extension in the future, so you need to be someone with a permanent mindset!
