Join a Leading Renewable Energy Project
We are recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Coordinator to support the delivery of a project in Lowestoft. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major renewable energy development, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the safe, efficient and compliant running of site activities.
Working closely with Site Management, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams, you will be the central point of coordination for personnel, reporting, logistics and site administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site administration and support project operations.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, including KPI reports, time registrations and vendor reports.
- Collect, validate and consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for site personnel.
- Coordinate crew changes and maintain accurate personnel manifests.
- Liaise with Site Management and Marine Coordination teams.
- Welcome visitors, manage reception activities and maintain visitor records.
- Organise meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Maintain personnel records, training certifications and qualification databases.
- Ensure documentation is compliant and up to date within internal and customer systems.
- Create purchase orders and assist with budget monitoring when required.
- Support health, safety and environmental initiatives across the site.
- Participate in toolbox talks and project safety campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in site administration, office administration, business administration, project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including: Outlook, Excel, Word, Office 365 OneDrive.
- Experience coordinating schedules and logistics.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience using SAP.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
Desirable Experience
- Construction project experience.
- Experience within the offshore wind, renewable energy or wind turbine sector.
- Knowledge of site-based office administration processes.
- Experience working within multicultural or international project environments.
- Understanding of training records, certification management and personnel compliance.
