Our client is seeking a talented Reward Consultant to join their dynamic team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen analytical mindset and a passion for reward strategies to make a significant impact within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a variety of critical Reward projects, including benchmarking, market insight, business unit reward reviews, and incentive design.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance on annual cyclical programmes such as bonus structures, base pay reviews, and collective pay agreements.
  • Collaborate with various business units to comprehend challenges related to reward frameworks and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Define project scope and secure necessary resources for key initiatives, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged.
  • Influence and guide stakeholders towards solutions aligned with the broader reward strategy.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of key projects and initiatives, owning crucial reward elements within the broader HR plan.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • An analytical mindset capable of deriving insights from data and articulating these effectively to varied audiences.
  • Exceptional influencing, presenting, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business landscape.
  • Proven ability to build successful, collaborative relationships at all levels within the organisation.

Essential Experience:

  • Solid knowledge of reward practices, including job evaluations, market data analysis, salary structures, incentive design, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing significant changes within an HR or Reward context.
