What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitating Problem Solving: Coach teams on root cause analysis and effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Improving Processes: Enhance tools and processes related to non-conformance management.
  • Training: Provide training on problem-solving tools and techniques to enhance team capabilities.
  • Governance Support: Offer guidance and governance for non-conformance management across the business.
  • Culture Enhancement: Collaborate with functional leads to foster a quality-driven culture.

You’ll work closely with SGT teams and the central quality team to streamline non-conformance processes, ensuring visibility and accountability throughout the organisation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Confident communicator with the ability to prepare persuasive presentations.
  • Experience interfacing with diverse departments, including project and design teams.
