Our Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Lead Integrator with a background in Financial Services and Markets to coordinate the delivery of change between US and UK teams. You'll work alongside colleagues from Markets and Lending Operations, Front Office, Risk and Finance, allowing you to experience a breadth of interesting products and processes across the business.

Highly desired is a background knowledge of Markets, Lending and Finance products and lifecycles, although not essential and any strong all-round Integrator experiences are welcomed!

Your Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Integrator, Project Manager or Product Owner
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing and/or delivering change across multiple teams and business areas within the Markets business in an Agile environment
  • Collaborative working with and leading a diverse range of role types and working with teams/functions outside your direct control to meet ambitious, and often immovable time-lines.
  • Strong customer management and influencing skills are a must
  • Ability to manage budgets and cost
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Governance
  • JIRA Suite / Confluence / MO Suite / Agile
  • Excellent communication skills

Locations: London

Hybrid: 2 days in the office / 3 days working from home

Contract: 6 months initial contract
