Key Deliverables:
- Lead and recover the REACH Compliance Programme.
- Establish programme governance, milestones, and reporting.
- Manage four workstreams: Materials Compliance, Business Continuity, Regulations, and Transformation.
- Drive regulatory compliance while maintaining business continuity.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
- Report progress and escalations to senior leadership.
- Work with regulators and executive stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive Senior Programme Management experience.
- Experience delivering complex programmes in regulated industries (engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, etc.).
- Strong governance, planning, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience recovering delayed or challenged programmes.
- Business continuity and regulatory compliance experience.
- Excellent executive-level communication and leadership skills.
- REACH compliance knowledge is highly desirable.
