Join Our Team as a Maintenance Engineer! Do you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client, a leading player in the Manufacturing & Production sector, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production processes. Performing welding and fabrication tasks.
Conducting general machine maintenance with a focus on pneumatics & hydraulics (knowledge in this area would be a plus!).
Engaging in mechanical and electrical fault finding (experience beneficial but not essential).
Emphasising a 70/30 mechanical bias in your approach.
A qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering.
Proficiency in computer literacy.
A flexible attitude and a strong commitment to your work.
Willingness to work overtime when necessary, especially during urgent breakdowns (this may include weekends).
Comfort in working at heights and in confined spaces.
Compliance with the company\’s Health and Safety policies.
Experience with stacker truck driving and service booms is a plus!
Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
Pension Scheme: Generous holiday entitlement: 26 days plus bank holidays.
