About the Role: As a Resilience Specialist (Business continuity and Disaster Recovery), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our supported businesses comply with regulatory and corporate resilience requirements. Your efforts will help us maintain a robust resilience agenda, covering all elements of our resilience framework, including business continuity and ransomware preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report resilience and ransomware issues.
  • Serve as the go-to person for resilience preparedness queries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain resilience documentation.
  • Ensure alignment of business continuity processes within key functions.
  • Manage and analyze resilience data effectively.
  • Facilitate testing and exercising of resilience processes.
  • Provide regular updates on resilience and ransomware status.
  • Oversee resilience training and respond to related queries.
  • Represent business units on resilience initiatives and ensure effective integration.
  • Audit and benchmark resilience processes for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in coordinating resilience programs and incident management response.
  • Strong understanding of resilience processes and data protection requirements.
  • Proven experience in effectively rolling out initiatives.
  • Ability to identify and quantify risks while supporting mitigating activities.
  • Business Continuity Institute (BCI) certification is essential.
  • Collaborative mindset with a knack for building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
