Our client is looking for an experienced Application Support Manager to provide support for business-critical applications. You will ensure that the Application Support Service is efficient, effective and adaptable to changing circumstances whilst nurturing positive relationships with customer bases.
A background working within Financial Services in a regulated environment is essential in this role.
- Experience of leading an IT function, ideally covering Application Support
- Assist with mentoring and coaching
- Good customer management skills, seeking feedback and driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Understanding of Microsoft server/infrastructure technologies (including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Azure AD, MS Exchange etc)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Stakeholder management
Contract: Permanent
Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
