The business already has a clear HR digital roadmap and solutions in place — including initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, travel compliance, new learning platforms, and the use of AI tools. Your role will be to ensure these, and future projects are successfully delivered, adopted, and embedded, enabling a seamless colleague experience and maximum return on investment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple levels of the organisation to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Build strong business cases for digital transformation initiatives to secure resources and funding.
  • Benchmark and research emerging HR technologies, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Lead change, communication, and training activities to ensure successful embedding of new ways of working.
  • Support governance and maintenance of core HR systems (including SAP, SuccessFactors, Workflow, and SharePoint).
  • Coach colleagues on project and change management methodologies to build capability across the HR team.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking an experienced professional with a passion for digital transformation and the ability to bring people on the journey. You will bring:

  • Demonstrable project management experience (PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile or similar qualification preferred).
  • Proven experience embedding digital change and leading adoption across diverse teams.
  • Strong HR system knowledge (e.g. SuccessFactors) is desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Project (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related discipline.

Why join?

This is more than just an HR role — it’s your chance to play a key part in embedding digital change within a globally recognised luxury brand.
