Join our client’s Field UK Applications team within the Technical Services department as a Training Specialist. This contract role offers a chance to deliver exceptional training and support for innovative healthcare solutions.
Positions Available:
- 2 x Northern Ireland Training Specialists (Immediate start, 12-month contract, Belfast area)
- 1 x Glasgow-based Training Specialist (6-month contract)
- 2 x South East-based Training Specialists (Preference for candidates based in London/Sussex, 12-month contract)
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Expert Training: Provide engaging and thorough product training for customers, ensuring compliance with our client’s high standards.
- Customer Support: Address training-related inquiries, from product installation to offering troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.
- On-Site Activities: Support hardware/software implementations during exciting product launches.
Who You Are:
You are a motivated professional with a strong background in nursing or medical device training, ready to make an impact. Your enthusiasm for training and technical support shines through in everything you do!
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Depth of scientific knowledge in a medical setting.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team and manage responsibilities independently.
- Full UK/EU driving licence and access to a car.
- Passport for potential overseas training.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Background in Nursing (Registered Nurse preferred) or Training.
- Familiarity with NHS Primary/Secondary Care organisations, ideally in a hospital environment.
- Experience designing and delivering customised training programmes aligned with patient pathway strategies.
- Knowledge of medical analytical systems, quality assurance, and customer relationship management tools.
- Proven troubleshooting experience and a history of on-site customer support.
- Awareness of the diagnostics industry and experience working in a multicultural environment.
