Our client, a prominent player in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Insights Analyst to drive impactful strategies within the diagnostics sector in the UK & Ireland. Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a data analytics or marketing insight type roles.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Agile learner with an analytical and questioning mindset.
- Data Analytical tools experience is essential.
Desired Knowledge:
- Familiarity with healthcare data projects.
- Background in designing and implementing Customer Experience Metrics.
- Involvement in market research projects, both quantitative and qualitative.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Strategy:
- Support the creation and execution of the UK & Ireland Customer Experience (Cx) Strategy.
- Collaborate with the Global Cx team to manage annual Customer Relationship Research and Competitor Benchmarking surveys.
- Innovate ways to visualise customer feedback, amplifying the voice of the customer across the organisation.
Market Data & Business Planning:
- Deliver robust Market Size & Share reporting, highlighting emerging trends at both market and product levels.
- Conduct comprehensive market research (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover specific insights.
- Partner with marketing plan Work Package owners to design data-driven and targeted marketing campaigns.
