About the role

Location: Hybrid, with travel to client sites (public & private sector)

Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Function: Client Services (RPO / MSP)

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑focused Recruitment Business Partner to support customers across both the public and private sectors. If you love building strong relationships, delivering a great service and keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do, this could be the perfect next step.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned client groups. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels to design, deliver and continuously improve an effective recruitment strategy tailored to their needs.

  • Build strong, strategic and operational relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance on recruitment processes and hiring strategies
  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle within your client portfolio
