What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has a foundation in project management and wants to grow into a broader PMO role.
The ideal candidate will be practical, eager to learn, confident with objection handling and comfortable working closely with experienced colleagues who will help develop their technical and professional capability over time.
Role purpose Supporting project managers, programme managers, and the wider PMO team by ensuring projects are tracked, governed, and reported consistently.
This role is suited to someone with some project management experience who is keen to develop further in this arena.
Key responsibilities Project Administration; Maintaining project documentation and updating project plans and schedules.
Reporting Producing project status reports, updating dashboards/ trackers and monitoring project milestones and deadlines.
Stakeholder Communication; Communicating updates to project teams, Building relationships with project stakeholders.
Planning Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively and maintaining RAID logs.
