Overview
As a Night Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift within our hotel. You will ensure the safety and security of guests and staff, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and manage the overall functioning of the hotel during night time hours. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival during the night shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff throughout the night.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
