Overview

The Role: Breakfast Assistant

Reporting to: F&B Manager

Location: The Address Glasgow, 39 Renfield St, Glasgow G2 1JS

Responsible for: Hours of work will be approximately 6.30 am-11 am/12 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing at all times excellent guest service, maintaining high standards and consistency of outstanding customer service.
  • Greet our guests on arrival for breakfast with a warm and professional welcome at all times.
  • Contribute to the hotel standards and delivery of customer service by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements; being innovative and creative to provide quality service and guest care.
  • Strong communication with all colleagues.
  • Practical experience in supervising a team is essential for this role.
  • Ascertain guest feedback and ensure the information is passed to the management.
  • Hands-on approach in the delivery of service.

General:

  • To interact and communicate with clients, guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times.
  • To be fully aware of all company policies and procedures.
  • To be consistently well-groomed and professional in appearance and presentation at all times.
  • To protect and promote the image of The Address Hotel at all times, both in print and verbally.
