The Role: Breakfast Assistant
Reporting to: F&B Manager
Location: The Address Glasgow, 39 Renfield St, Glasgow G2 1JS
Responsible for: Hours of work will be approximately 6.30 am-11 am/12 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Providing at all times excellent guest service, maintaining high standards and consistency of outstanding customer service.
- Greet our guests on arrival for breakfast with a warm and professional welcome at all times.
- Contribute to the hotel standards and delivery of customer service by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements; being innovative and creative to provide quality service and guest care.
- Strong communication with all colleagues.
- Practical experience in supervising a team is essential for this role.
- Ascertain guest feedback and ensure the information is passed to the management.
- Hands-on approach in the delivery of service.

- To interact and communicate with clients, guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times.
