Overview
The Address Cork are currently looking for candidates to join our talented Food and Beverage team. You will be responsible for supporting the Food and Beverage supervisor in serving and assisting guests and customers, whilst also ensuring that the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage whilst adhering to the established service standards and procedures at all times.
- Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling the customers\’ requests accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain to guests the dishes confidently, whilst also looking for opportunities to upsell when it arises.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest\’s experience in our food and beverage outlets.
- Cleaning the outlet to the required standard throughout your shift and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
The Candidate
Minimum of 1 years\’ experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment.
- Must be available to work early shifts (6:30am)
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
