About the role:

The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of social media for Brew Digital and its parent company, The Adaptavist Group (TAG). This role requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and own the social media strategy for Brew Digital and TAG brands.
  • Lead content planning, campaign ideation, and execution across various platforms.
  • Optimise paid and organic social strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage social media tools and tech stack.
  • Lead client-facing social media strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Brew Digital’s clients.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing.
  • Mentor and guide junior social media team members.
  • Define and track KPIs across all accounts.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports.

  • Experienced in social media management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective social strategies.
  • Expertise in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Supportive leadership skills.
  • Great client relationship skills.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
  • Experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
