About the role: In this exciting new role as the Senior Relationship Manager, you will support the Lead as a regional (UK/I or EMEA) interface between The Adaptavist Group and Atlassian. Your role will play a crucial part in supporting the shaping and strengthening of our partnership with Atlassian. The Senior Relationship Manager will focus on building and nurturing relationships, enabling a channel sales motion, ensuring outstanding partner service, and fostering innovation. You will lead collaboration alongside peers and work closely with Enterprise Advocates (EAs), and The Adaptavist Group’s Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to drive mutual success. Finally, you will co-lead the creation and management of yearly Atlassian-specific event planning to enhance the sales pipeline within regional business development and marketing teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Co-lead the regional (UK/I or DACH) Atlassian relationship strategy
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships between the Business Development and Account Management teams and Atlassian EAs
- Influence change within Adaptavist towards building the Atlassian partnership and individual relationships
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from Atlassian, identifying and coordinating the necessary Adaptavist resources to meet their needs
- Enable cross-sell campaigns within existing accounts, working closely with practice leads in areas such as Agile, ITSM, and Cloud
- Manage partnership interactions, including social engagement, online participation, and in-person events
- Actively participate in Atlassian Community Events (ACEs) to represent Adaptavist and strengthen relationships
- Create co-sell motions and campaign ideas with Atlassian, ensuring a powerful partnership that drives greater attendance and engagement at events
- Keep Atlassian stakeholders informed and engaged through regular communication
- Facilitate communication within strategic accounts between Atlassian and Adaptavist Account Managers by ensuring regular cadences are in place
- Collaborate with the Team Lead, Relationships Managers, and Atlassian to identify leads and greenfield opportunities to help grow
- Lead regular cadences between business development, account management, and Atlassian EAs to proactively identify collaboration opportunities
