Are you ready to drive innovation and make a real impact in the B2B digital world? We're looking for a collaborative and visionary Product Manager to shape the future of our app portfolio. In this role, you'll collaborate with purpose, guiding products from insightful research to seamless implementation while keeping users at the heart of everything you do.
1-2 days a week at the Norwich office.
What you'll be doing
- Champion Success β Start with a short-term roadmap based on existing requirements, then define and drive a bold strategic vision for the future of our apps.
- Put Users First β Deep-dive into customer needs and market trends to prioritize features that truly make a difference, ensuring our products create value and delight users.
- Lead with Collaboration β Work closely with UX, marketing, support, and development teams to bring your vision to life through clear communication and seamless execution.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions β Set meaningful goals, track performance, and continuously refine and optimise based on insights and real-world impact.
- Shape the Future β Define and evolve a compelling vision for our apps, staying adaptable and open to new opportunities.
