We’re looking for our first dedicated Business Development Manager to take ownership of a strong, active pipeline and turn opportunity into momentum. This is a rare chance to shape the sales function of a growing digital agency backed by a global tech group.
As the Business Development Manager you will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, cultivating relationships with new and existing clients and driving growth across digital marketing, design, and web development services. You’ll be the linchpin connecting client needs with our talented delivery teams - playing a key role in shaping Brew Digital’s next phase of expansion. Your success will directly influence how the agency grows and evolves.
You will play a key role in growing the business and will report directly to the Senior Management Team. You will have strong communication, negotiation and selling skills, and knowledge of digital marketing.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead the response to inbound enquiries, rapidly triage opportunities and engage potential clients.
- Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through discovery, scoping, and proposal stages.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies — including networking, events, social media, and direct engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver value for clients and profitability for Brew Digital.
- Accurately forecast and report progress, performance, and pipeline insights to leadership.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships based on honesty, transparency, and trust.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and tenders.
- Work closely with project and delivery leads to ensure a smooth handover and excellent client experience.
- Partner with Marketing to refine campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
- Contribute insights from client conversations to shape Brew Digital’s go‑to‑market strategy.
- Help define and improve sales processes, CRM use, and reporting standards.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing, design, and web development trends.
- Understand competitors and market shifts, ensuring Brew Digital’s offering stays distinctive and relevant.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Strong understanding of how to price, position, and negotiate for mutual success.

- A foundational understanding of services like digital marketing, design and web development.
- Proven ability to convert leads into long‑term client relationships in a creative, digital, or marketing services environment.
