About the role:
The Events Operations Manager will be an essential part of the newly formed central Event Operations team within the Office of the CMO to support and drive the full breadth of our organisation's event operations needs across all teams and business units. This role will be instrumental in driving impactful event execution for The Adaptavist Group with standardised event processes, scalable operations and exceptional event experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Strategic Event Development: Work cross-functionally to build a holistic overview of the overall events calendar, collaborate widely with internal teams, external vendors, and event organisers to build event strategies.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Manage all aspects of event planning, from ideas to execution, ensuring all owned projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Knowledge Management & Documentation: Consolidate and standardise event operational documentation across platforms, create and maintain a centralised event operations knowledge base.
- Reporting & Analytics: Compile data and create standardised reporting pre and post-event, provide insights on ROI and effectiveness.
