An opportunity to join one of the south coast's largest GP practices, currently rated CQC Outstanding, serving 39,000 patients across 5 sites. We are recruiting a team leader for our busy Workflow and Safeguarding team.

  • Team Leadership – supervising the team, setting priorities, delegating tasks, coaching, and handling performance reviews.
  • Workflow & Process Management – designing and improving admin processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Reporting & Compliance – preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
  • Problem Solving – handling unexpected issues, from IT access problems to liaising with partner organisations.
  • Oversee the processing of inbound correspondence – ensuring patient communications are processed efficiently and securely.

The Adam Practice is an innovative, large 5 site practice, caring for approximately 40,000 patients. Our team of around 170 people includes many allied health professionals, including doctors, paramedics, nurses, healthcare assistants, support, and administration staff. Due to our size, we value communication and teamwork. We operate a strongly relational team structure and endeavour to listen well, encourage ownership and involvement, and enable staff to grow in their individual development.
