Responsibilities
- Develop the overall model validation scope and plan, acting as the SME on the Solvency II/UK regulatory requirements.
- Support the financial risk appetite process with appropriate early warning indicators, triggers, limits and reporting mechanisms while providing input into both stress and scenario testing for the Group and the wider ORSA process.
- Support the business with Risk and Capital Assessments for new products, businesses and propositions.
- Report to the Board and other senior partners and stakeholders, conveying complex information with excellent communication skills.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Occupy a significant leadership position within a market-leading firm.
