The Actuary is seeking a Service Design & Transition Lead for a major business and technology transformation in London. The role is onsite 1–2 days per week with a daily rate of £650–£750 Inside IR35, initially 6 months with a view to extending.
You will define support models, SLAs, and escalation across ITSM teams and suppliers, ensure monitoring and operational processes exist, and plan knowledge transfer into BAU.
