My client are looking for a Senior Finance Business Analyst for a contract opportunity to start ASAP.
IR35 Status: Inside IR35.
Rate: Negotiable.
Location: London - Hybrid 1-2 days a week on site.
Duration: Initial 6 Months.
Requirements
- Proven Finance Business Analyst experience delivering finance change initiatives, with a strong focus on partner or partnership-based programmes.
- Hands-on experience analysing partner compensation models, including how partners are rewarded, paid, or incentivised, or having worked in a partner compensation-related role.
- Strong finance domain knowledge, gained through finance project delivery or a professional finance/accountancy background.
- Ability to lead detailed analysis independently, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and as-is/to-be analysis with minimal supervision.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working closely with senior finance and partner stakeholders in complex environments.
- Highly desirable: Accountancy Qualification - ACCA, ACMA or equivalent.
