The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

I am supporting a very highly regarded (re)insurer which is seeking to add a Reserving Manager to join during a very exciting time (launch of new syndicate, set up new process and add commercial value to existing syndicate across ALL LOBS).

Working alongside the Chief Actuary, Deputy Chief Actuary and Head of Reserving, you will manage the reserving team through all reserving cycles, support business planning & underwriters, lead the team in the set up of analytics and manage the assessment of reserve uncertainty across all classes of business. Strong technical skills and communication skills are pivotal to succeed.

The team is reviewing its long-term structure, and your goals will play an important role in helping shape that direction. This will be discussed with you.

Your Experience

  • Qualified Actuary up to c5 years of PQE.
  • Solid Reserving experience - across any lines.
  • Track record of supporting senior leadership due to this exposure.
  • Ambitious and career driven individual.
