Eames is partnered with a leading personal lines insurer on a Principal Pricing Analyst opportunity. This is a high-impact role within a growing pricing function, offering the opportunity to lead complex pricing projects, influence strategic decision-making, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The position will play a key role in developing and enhancing technical pricing models, delivering commercial insight, and driving pricing performance through optimisation initiatives. The role would suit someone with strong general insurance pricing experience, ideally within personal lines, with a proven track record of delivering analytical insight and influencing business outcomes.

Experience with Radar is essential, alongside a strong understanding of pricing optimisation methodologies and their practical application. Exposure to complex or multi-brand pricing environments would be highly advantageous.

Location: Requires one day per week in the Surrey based office.
