Overview
I am keen to speak to pricing, actuarial, underwriting, and modelling professionals who are considering a new opportunity as a Governance Lead. This role will take ownership of group-wide governance, methodology standards, controls, and documentation across pricing and underwriting functions, ensuring consistency, audit readiness, and robust decision-making across UK and European markets.

- Provide independent challenge, influence senior stakeholders, and build a scalable governance capability.
Qualifications
- Significant experience within insurance pricing, actuarial, modelling, or risk functions.
- Strong background in governance frameworks, model risk management, and methodology oversight.
- Experience operating across multiple entities or markets.
