A global law firm is looking to hire an experienced PMO Manager to join their Strategy & Transformation team. This role sits within the project delivery function and will play a key role in driving governance, delivery standards, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of programmes.

About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing PMO activities across complex initiatives, ensuring strong governance, consistency, and high-quality delivery. This is not a "maintenance" PMO role - they are looking for someone who can actively contribute to improving processes, frameworks, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive PMO governance across programmes and projects
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards, reporting, and controls
  • Support end-to-end project delivery frameworks
  • Work closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements across PMO and delivery
  • Provide insight and reporting to support decision-making
