We are working with a growing MGA to find them a Performance Management Senior Reserving Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to influence portfolio performance while working beyond the scope of traditional reserving.
Responsibilities:
- Quarterly reserving for all classes, with a focus on Cyber.
- Develop and enhance actuarial and performance dashboards to support underwriting and leadership teams.
- Support targeted deep-dive analyses.
- Work alongside and gain support from some of the most impressive actuaries in the market, including reporting into the Underwriting Performance/Head of Reserving Actuary.
- Good communication is vital for this role as you will be creating feedback loops with multiple teams.
