We are partnering with a growing independent consultancy looking to hire a Senior Risk Transfer Consultant to join its expanding de-risking team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing risk transfer practice.
This is a client-facing role where you will:
- Advise pension schemes on de-risking and risk transfer strategies
- Support transactions from initial planning through to execution
- Work closely with clients, insurers and advisers across the market
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to the growth and development of a specialized risk transfer team
About You
- Significant experience within the pension risk transfer market
- Strong understanding of de-risking solutions and insurer markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating at Senior Consultant level or above
- Project management, business development or actuarial experience would be advantageous
