What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be part of a collaborative team, delivering high-quality advice to both corporate and trustee clients across all aspects of pension scheme management.
- From funding and design to governance and communications, you’ll support senior consultants and partners in solving complex challenges and delivering smart, tailored solutions.
- You'll get involved in:
- Attending and advising at trustee and governance meetings
- Drafting reports, member communications, and client literature
- Helping clients navigate regulatory change and pension scheme strategy
- Supporting presentations, member surgeries, and training sessions
- Overseeing junior colleagues and contributing to process improvement
- Supporting new business pitches and attending client meetings
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in UK pensions – whether from a consultancy, in‑house or admin provider
- Confident communicator with experience building client relationships
- Comfortable working with DB schemes and ideally some exposure to DC
- Organised, deadline-driven and keen to keep learning
- Studying for (or recently completed) professional qualifications (e.g. PMI/APMI)
