We are currently partnering with a leading global insurance and reinsurance organisation to appoint a Senior Head of P&C Reserving to lead its worldwide reserving function. This is a global leadership role with responsibility for reserving strategy, governance, IFRS 17 and Solvency II reporting, as well as transformation initiatives and engagement with Boards, regulators, and senior stakeholders.
The function is internationally distributed, and the Head of P&C Reserving will play a key role in shaping, developing, and further strengthening the global team.
We are looking for a qualified actuary with 15+ years' experience, deep P&C reserving expertise, strong leadership capability, and experience operating in complex, multinational environments.
