We're recruiting on behalf of a thriving, well-established pensions and employee benefits consultancy for an Actuarial Director to join their Consulting and Actuarial team.
The Role:
- Strategically manage client relationships β overseeing delivery of work, implementing client advice and agreeing fee structures
- Drive business development β contributing to business plan development, building a client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
- Manage staff β setting targets for direct reports, supporting recruitment and retention, and helping develop the wider team
- What we're looking for:
- An experienced Actuary with expert knowledge of the UK Actuarial and DB Pensions market
- Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA)
- Strong awareness of the industry landscape, including competitor businesses and services
- Previous people management experience
