A growing pensions data team is looking to hire a Lead Data Consultant to take ownership of a portfolio of DB schemes and play a key role in delivering complex data solutions. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on strategy, oversight and relationship management, rather than pure delivery.
Role and responsibilities:
- Act as the trusted adviser to clients, leading on data strategy and overseeing delivery across a range of projects.
- Lead data work across DB pension schemes.
- Advise on complex rectification projects (including GMP and Barber).
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery teams and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Manage multiple schemes simultaneously.
- Identify and support further work opportunities.
- Work across a varied portfolio, with team sizes depending on the scale of each scheme.
