I'm looking for a hands-on IAM Operations Engineer to join a global insurance client on a 12-month Outside IR35 contract. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing identity and access management services and help drive operational excellence across enterprise security platforms.
Role Overview
- Support and enhance global IAM services (PAM, SSO/MFA, Directory Services)
- Handle day-to-day IAM operational requests and provide best-practice guidance to project teams
- Contribute to IAM compliance, certifications, and audit activities
- Help shape and execute the IAM roadmap as platforms are standardised globally
- Automate processes and support platform improvements using PowerShell or Python
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure secure, resilient, and compliant IAM services
Experience Required
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IAM technologies (CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, MS Entra ID, Active Directory)
- Solid understanding of access management, privileged access management, and directory services
- Experience scripting or automating tasks using PowerShell or Python
- Comfortable working in a global environment and managing competing priorities
- Insurance or financial services experience is highly desirable
