Ideal Profile:
- FIA / CFA with a highly inquisitive mindset
- ALM / Capital / Investment Risk experience with a good understanding of an Insurance Balance Sheet and Solvency II (Matching Adjustment)
- Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Investments would be preferred but this can be taught
- Strategic thinking
- Consultant mindset with the drive to seek out problems and solve them
- Ability to communicate findings in an effective manner
- Experience in the 7-10 years’ range
