We are working with a well-established UK consultancy to appoint an Actuarial Director into their Scottish pensions team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Actuary who enjoys combining client leadership, people management and business development within a growing and supportive environment.
The firm works predominantly with small to medium sized pension schemes, offering a broad range of actuarial and advisory services. The culture is collaborative, commercially minded and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and staff alike.
The Role
You will play a key role in leading client relationships and shaping the future growth of the pensions practice in Scotland. The position offers real scope to influence strategy, develop people and build a strong personal profile within the market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic management of a portfolio of DB pension scheme clients, including oversight of delivery, advice and fee agreements

- Strong awareness of the wider pensions and consulting landscape
- Proven experience managing and developing people
