Leading UK Law Firm TAG is currently seeking senior associates with strong pensions experience on behalf of our client, a prestigious UK law firm.
Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of pensions matters, ranging from complex transactions to advisory and contentious issues, while supporting high-profile clients across the financial and corporate sectors.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of pensions matters, including scheme governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional support.
- Deliver outstanding client service while promoting a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Manage legal matters from inception to completion, meeting chargeable hours and financial targets in line with departmental and firm-wide objectives.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, contribute to internal training, and share best practices to support team development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored legal solutions.
- Participate in networking, marketing, and business development activities to support the growth of the practice.
- Collaborate across departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to firm-wide success.
Key requirements:
- Must be a qualified solicitor registered with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland.
