Earith Primary School is seeking a skilled and proactive Office Manager to oversee the academy's business functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This senior administrative role covers finance, HR, admissions, communications, facilities, compliance, and team management. You will work closely with the School Non‑Education Lead, central Trust colleagues, and the senior leadership team to support an efficient, safe, and welcoming school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance processes, including purchase orders, invoices, income monitoring, payroll reconciliations, and budget forecasting.
- Manage HR administration, recruitment processes, staff records, absence management, and support low‑level grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain pupil records, coordinate admissions, EHCP processes, and ensure accurate data reporting.
- Ensure compliance and governance, including GDPR, H&S audits, contracts, risk assessments, and student trips.
- Manage internal and external communications, newsletters, website, social media, and surveys.
- Supervise and support academy support staff and act as a liaison with central Trust teams and local hub schools.
- Coordinate facilities, repairs, maintenance, and capital works to ensure safe and efficient premises.
