We are looking for two skilled and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join Highfield Littleport Academy, working closely with teachers to remove barriers to learning and help every pupil thrive. This role blends specialist classroom support with a strong focus on SEND, personal development and wellbeing, from adapting learning activities to supporting individual plans and providing care where needed. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and adapt learning activities for individuals and small groups, supporting progress across the curriculum.
- Provide specialist support for learners with additional needs, contributing to and implementing individual development plans.
- Support pupils' personal, social and emotional development, including personal care and medical needs where required.
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, working closely with teachers and contributing to reviews and reports.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals, supporting a safe, inclusive learning environment.
