Action Co. is hiring a Full Stack Automation Developer to modernize and own business-critical data workflows. You will replace complex Alteryx processes with modular, tested, code-based automation using dbt, SQL, Python, APIs, GitHub, and agentic development tools. The role combines data engineering, software engineering, systems design, and consulting and requires someone who can rapidly absorb business logic, collaborate with domain experts, and take ownership of production systems.

Must Have

Compensation Structure
- Employment Type: Full-time, compensated as a W2 hourly employee
