About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and enthusiastic Registered Manager to lead our children’s home. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of young people. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, compassionate leadership and lead by example in all aspects of care and practice
- Ensure the home operates in full compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain a positive, child-focused culture that promotes wellbeing, resilience, and growth
- Support, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding care
- Build effective relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management processes

Essential Requirements
