Job Title: Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Location: Woolwich

Salary: OTE: up to £35,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday 8am to 7pm, Tuesday through to Friday 8:30am – 7pm, Saturday 9:30am – 5:30pm (day in lieu).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the position of Trainee Lettings Negotiator will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career; you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.

Full training will be provided through our in-house training Academy and following a successful probationary period, you will have the prospect of earning a competitive salary package with uncapped commission.

Duties will include:

  • Qualifying potential clients, identifying their needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Booking and accompanying clients to view properties.
  • Negotiating offers.
  • Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to all clients.
  • Providing referred leads to Mortgage Scout and other related divisions.
