Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday 8am to 7pm, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am - 7pm, Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm (day in lieu).
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car required.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious, and able to communicate high levels of customer care. Candidates seeking to create a long-term career should be able to work towards targets and deadlines. Full training will be provided through our in-house training Academy, and after a successful probation, there is potential to earn a competitive salary with uncapped commission.
- Qualifying potential clients, identifying needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
- Booking and accompanying clients to view properties.
- Negotiating offers and liaising with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers through to sales conclusion.
- Providing high-level customer service to all clients.
- Referring leads to Mortgage Scout and related divisions.
