Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: You will be working as a Telesales Property Agent to achieve a range of goals, procuring leads for the various Divisions with The Acorn Group. The role will be challenging, dynamic and rewarding for the right candidate who is looking for a long and progressive career within the property industry. Full training will be provided, the ideal candidate will be ambitious, confident on the phone and able to communicate to a high level. You should be able to work to targets and deadlines. Previous experience within either the property industry or telesales would be preferable but not essential. Applications from graduates or school/college leavers would also be welcome.
Duties will include:
- Communicating Acorns multiple services to our clients.
- Securing leads and booking relevant appointments.
- Working towards targets and deadlines efficiently.
Skills required:
- A team player with confidence.
- Numerate with IT skills across Microsoft office suites.
- Previous experience within a property/telesales-based position (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive and willing approach with attention to detail.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Ambitious to progress with a strong work ethic.
